Do you travel?

Yes we do. If it’s 1+ hours drive outside of the GTA, there’s a $150 fee. If you are having a Destination Wedding, please contact us for a custom quote.

How do i book you and make payment?

Once the contract has been signed, a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of your final package price is due at the time of booking. Then the other half will be schedule accordingly. We accept payment via credit card, cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

how long after the wedding/event will i receive my film?

You can expect to receive your final products within 2-4 months (depending on the time of year). We send you a preview within 1 month, at this time we ask for your feedback to 1-round of changes, if you choose to make any changes, before we finalize the video. Once we get your confirmation, give us another week to aesthetically refine the videos before we deliver them.

how long after the wedding/event will i receive my photos and photo album?

The length of time that this takes varies depending on the time of year, and whether the editing has a backlog. We do give you access via online gallery for a peek within a week while you wait for your images to be processed.

If you’ve ordered a Wedding Photo Album, we will have an album template done for you within 2 months from your wedding. At this time we ask for your input to 1-round of changes, if you choose to make any changes. Once we get your confirmation to print the album, this may take another 3-5 months which depends on the printing company.

Who chooses the music?

You can. We ask you what type of music you’d like in your wedding film. We give you a link to a site where you can pick from and we are open to anything that we can license. If you prefer us to pick, that’s an option too!

How will my films be delivered?

Your edited films will be delivered online via a secure link (or a USB flash drive that you’ve purchased with us).

Can i post my films on social media?

Absolutely! You can post the edited films publicly, but please make sure to credit Safe Box 88 Production by providing a direct link to our FB, IG page or website. Also, we ask that you do not apply any additional filters or make any adjustments to the edited films before posting them publicly online. As it’s important to us that our films are publicly posted accurately reflect our work. Furthermore, please do not post any raw video footage online without our expressed, written consent.

How long do you keep a backup of my films and raw footage?

We will keep backups of your raw footage and edited films for at least 2 years. Due to the extensive amount of storage space required for high quality video and audio footage, we cannot guarantee that your raw footage and edited films will be backed up beyond 2 years after your wedding date. We advise that you take the necessary steps to back up the footage and films as well once you receive your edited films and raw footage (if applicable).
